In practice
We built this one for ourselves. It sources prospects from Google Places and public records, qualifies them by loading their actual sites with Puppeteer, and sends personalized outreach behind built-in failure-safety limits. It generates our own leads today, and it works well enough that we now build versions of it for clients too.

Every building in the portfolio carries its own cycle of inspections, filings, and Department of Buildings deadlines. Tracking it all meant spreadsheets, calendar reminders, and institutional memory.
